As a visionary and strategist, he’s the driving force behind Team Cybermarine’s establishment. Currently as a CEO leads Business Development and Operations, overseeing overall organisational growth and development.

An engineering graduate with over two decades of experience in business development, client acquisition, and project management, Mainak has been instrumental in successfully developing customer base in Turkey and Europe. Currently, Mainak is focussed on global growth across various geographies and verticals.

Holding a PHD in Naval Architecture from Newcastle University (UK) and with 20+ years of experience in the field of Newbuilding, Refit, Conversion, Oil & Gas & Alternate / Renewable Energy leads Technology Advancement efforts. Currently Stationed in London, UK and is focussed on Company's Growth with focus on Technology.

With 25 years of experience in delivering projects with young teams, Sanjay has been instrumental in team building and skill development. Currently, as the project delivery head, Sanjay oversees the successful completion of projects.

With 12 years of experience as a naval architect, Mohit has demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills in critical ship design projects. Currently, he oversees a diverse range of design projects, working closely with a large team of designers and engineers.

Holding a master’s degree in Marine Technology (Hydrodynamics) from NTNU and with over eight years of experience in naval architecture and marine digital technology, he has significantly contributed to Cybermarine’s innovation journey. His work has encompassed R&D projects, ship design, advanced loading and stability software, and technology-driven decarbonisation initiatives. His excellence in digital innovation earned him recognition under the UK Government's Global Talent Visa programme. He brings strong technical expertise and a forward-looking approach to delivering future-ready maritime solutions globally. Currently stationed in London, he is responsible for Business Expansion.

Highly qualified Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor’s degree, having rich experience in the field of Marine Process Design, System Engineering & Instrumentation Engineering, Modifications, and integration for projects related to Marine Retrofits, FPSOs, FPUs etc. His technical acumen is marked by innovative problem-solving and a comprehensive knowledge of cutting-edge technologies relevant to the field. With his expertise from execution of variety of projects he is now leading the Marine & Mechanical Engineering Division while actively contributing to developments of Autonomous digital technology products for fuel efficient ship operations to achieve the maritime decarbonization goals at Cybermarine.

With two decades of experience in product development as a Software Engineer and leader, Sheetal has led the transformation of our flagship product Cybermaster through remarkable technological advancements and its evolution into a 3D format. Currently, Sheetal oversees the development of a diverse range of Autonomous Technology products.
