SAFETY ENGINEERING
Contributing to the Safety Study workshop including HAZOP, HAZID and SIL Study.
Use of Intelligent 3D model for designing safety and escape paths, Location of Safety Devices, Arrangement of Life saving Appliances like lifeboats.
Preparation of Safety plans with passive and active fire protection, fire detection, fire suppression and fire extinguishing. This includes preparation of Fire control plan, Structural Fire protection plan to decide the fire category of each compartment and assigning the fire protection boundary with adjacent compartment/space. Selection of correct fire extinguishing medium for different spaces/compartments.
Preparation of specification of fixed type fire extinguishing systems like CO2 system, Novec and FM200 fire extinguishing system.
Design and engineering of water based Deluge system for different fire zones. Integration of Deluge system with Fusible bulb network, F&G system and Main Fire Fighting System.
